"La Biographe" is by definition the champagne that best defines the style of the Maison, with a classic cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a small addition of reserve wines. A perfect representation of Terroir and corporate style.

The color of this Roero is a garnet red. The nose is broad, alive and elegant. In the mouth it has a good body and structure. Hints of jam and spices prevail immediately and are well balanced by the vertical freshness of the wine. The finish is long, persistent with delicate tannins.

On the nose, it opens up after a brief aeration to reveal notes of leather and eucalyptus, together with spicy and balsamic hints. Flavour: The perception of the drink is ample but not invasive, with a well-governed structure and a calibrated and harmonious digestion of the contribution of wood. Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The vines grow above 500 metres above sea level and give the wine freshness and good acidity The very low residual sugar enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.

The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!
