Bio Wines

Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from one of the highest plots in the area at over 500 meters above sea level. Aged for one year in 2500L Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant Nebbiolo with simpler tannins than Barbaresco and good minerality.

Slightly spicy with citrus notes, balanced with good freshness.

Golden yellow color, it is characterized by an unmistakable aromatic impact with a fragrance of rose and cloves. The wine is mineral, persistent and by its very nature is expressed in a fat and sweet aroma that immediately gives volume in the mouth.

The Qualitätswein is an ideal wine for an aperitif and thought to be drunk within four years from the harvest, also for this the closure is with screw cap.

The wine has a ruby ​​red color, with garnet reflections typical of the grape. The nose is floral and fruity, rich in hints reminiscent of violet and rose. The light tannins envelop the mouth in a delicate and elegant way. The balance and harmony make this Nebbiolo quite drinkable and invite to another glass.

Its floral and fruity bouquet makes it delicate and pleasant. On the nose, in fact, there are faint hints of white, yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya, while in the mouth, the strong sapidity typical of the grape highlights its persistent minerality.

50% Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia, 15% Grechetto and 5% other native white grapes (from vines aged 40 to 60 years) 2 separate harvests, the grapes from the hillside vineyards are harvested a week before those in the plains. Fermentation in steel, contact with the skins for 48 hours and aging for 6 months on its own yeasts. Only shortly before bottling the masses are assembled.

A fresh wine, ready to drink and with a strong character. Clean on the nose and pleasantly soft on the palate, it goes well with all fish dishes.

A wine that is an expression of concentration. An impenetrable violet colour and an enveloping mouthfeel. Its characteristic acidity is balanced by the short ageing in wood, resulting in a balance and character that is waiting to be discovered.
