The colour is pale pink, the perlage thick, fine and persistent. The nose is elegant, fruity, fresh and fragrant with a slight hint of yeast. On the palate it combines freshness, elegance and good persistence, making it suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment throughout a meal.

The pinot noir gives this wine body and structure without neglecting its typical floral scents and aromas (red fruit), allowing it to be used throughout a meal at a serving temperature of 7° C.

The winery of the company has selected the best vines of the AOP Côtes de Provence appellation, allowing him to produce an elegant and specific wine for the Roseline style.
