Cremant de Limoux "An 825" Brut rosé 2020 is obtained with a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Pinot noir. It has a salmon pink color with a fine bubble. The nose has notes of strawberry, mandarin and rose petals. Fresh and juicy, with an excellent citrus finish.

The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are found and all the elegance is confirmed. The bubble is delicate and caressing, the saline sensation and freshness highlight the ease of drinking of this sparkling wine.

60% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 10% Cinsault Bright and luminous pale pink colour with a very Provençal style. A classic method millesimato rosé, fresh, elegant and savoury, characterised by unique finesse and complexity with a truly fascinating delicate pink colour. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Alta Langa is a 'rosé de saignée', obtained by light maceration of the skins of the Pinot Noir grapes from which a delicate natural pink colour is obtained.

View: soft pink colour. Visible and persistent perlage. Nose: fragrant and vibrant, with notes of small fruits (wild strawberries) and red flowers. Delicate and elegant, it closes on notes of fresh spice (white pepper) and bitter orange peel. Taste: of great harmony and pleasantness, with a good acid vein that helps to cleanse the palate. Aftertaste characterised by mineral notes.

The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!
