Garnet color with orange reflections, on the nose it smells of undergrowth and aromatic herbs, slightly spicy. In the mouth it is full and balanced, with a fine tannic texture.

The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The nose is very expressive and open, offering notes of fruit and brioche, as well as aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The vines grow above 500 metres above sea level and give the wine freshness and good acidity The very low residual sugar enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.

The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!
