A fragrant, vinous sparkling wine, which reveals to the nose and palate the union between the decisive character of Nebbiolo and the sweet elegance of Pinot Noir. We recommend it as an aperitif or throughout the meal.

Pink onion skin with white foam, very fine and persistent perlage. It smells of flowers (wild rose) and small red berry fruits (raspberry). Fine and complex aroma, dry, dry and graceful flavor.

The pinot noir gives this wine body and structure without neglecting its typical floral scents and aromas (red fruit), allowing it to be used throughout a meal at a serving temperature of 7° C.
