Sauvignon

Produced with grapes grown on Soil No. 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate, mainly calcareous and facing north, Duca di Salaparuta's Sauvignon Blanc preserves the freshness and acidity characteristic of the grape intact.

La Gabacha 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are macerated briefly and only free-run must is used in fermentation. Vineyards are aged between 20 and 30 years of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, located in the municipality of Valdestillas, Valladolid, with an altitude of 750 meters, mechanized harvest and night harvest.

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Viognier, goes perfectly with dishes based on shellfish and fish, white meats. Hints of fruits such as grapefruit and gooseberries precede a finish characterized by floral notes.

Straw yellow colour. Complex notes of tropical fruits. On the palate complex, full-bodied and mineral, in perfect harmony with the acidity.

Winkl Sauvignon Blanc is a sapid, slightly fruity and mineral wine, which has been vinified in purity since 1956. This grape variety has been successfully cultivated for a long time in the DOC area of ​​Terlano especially around the oldest farms.

The Sauvignon selection from the Terlano winery demonstrates that it knows how to honor its name. Among its peculiarities stand out the refined structure, the depth and the salty aftertaste, which embellish this noble white wine, now risen to international fame.

Le Rochoy is a unique hill in Sancerrois. It was once a Gallo-Roman quarry called "Rochetum". Flints scattered on the ground accumulate heat during the day and release it at night. The subsoil, composed of flint, gives this cuvée all its minerality. The ripening of the grapes is rapid and gives an exceptional white Sancerre.
