Eden Mill - Neptune gin

Coastal-inspired gin made by distilling a blend of Scottish seaweed, including Kombu seaweed and sea fennel, to give it a saline touch. The aroma and flavour focus on saline and vanilla notes. The depiction in Neptune Gin evokes the coast and the sea at a glance, but if you look closely you can also see hints of Neptune's history, such as the inclusion of his trident and horses galloping as the waves crash.
