Paó de Sitges - London Dry Gin

From the idea of a British couple who moved to Sitges, near Barcelona, Paó de Sitges was born. The couple's British origins led them to a deep love of artisanal gins, and they then nurtured their passion in Spain, where they developed the desire to produce their own gin, made with their own hands. To do so, they acquired their first 20-litre still directly from Portugal and began testing different recipes (55). The final blend includes 13 botanicals inspired by herbs found in the nearby Garraf Natural Park, a place where the couple likes to walk with their family. A lively, fresh and artisanal gin created in the coastal town of Sitges, a few kilometres from Barcelona, with ingredients from the nearby Garraf Natural Park and other regions. Paó de Sitges' London dry gin is made through three different distillations, resulting in a smooth and refreshing product characterised by a soft blend of citric elements with local herbs and a touch of local honey and sea salt.
