Brewdog Distilling Co. is a new and exciting project born from the now famous Ellon Brewdog Brewery in Aberdeen, Scotland. FROM WHEAT TO DISTILLATE Quality first of all. Malted barley and wheat are fermented and distilled for the first time in the "triple bubble" pot still, the first in the world with maximum contact between liquid and copper. The result of the first distillation is then redistilled in a 19 meter high rectification column to produce the base spirit which will then be bottled after being diluted as vodka. The Gins are then founded on this basis. Botanicals are added to the mother alcohol and are subsequently redistilled in pot stills.
