This Barbera d'Asti is produced with grapes subjected to a rigorous selection that begins in the vineyard with an accurate, sometimes ruthless, thinning.
The collection of these precious berries is done with great care by placing the bunches in boxes in order to preserve their integrity to the utmost.
The vinification follows an aging of 18 months in small barrels of fine French oak that allow the wine to reach a particular maturation thanks to the formation of tertiary aromas that enhance the qualities of the same.
Afterwards the wine continues its refinement for a few months in the bottle in a horizontal position, after which it goes to the packaging.
