In the town of San Marzano Oliveto, in the Asti area, the Mondo family have been appreciated winemakers for generations.

Their properties extend for about twelve hectares of vineyards cultivated for about 60% with Barbera and the rest with Moscato Bianco, Dolcetto, Cortese, Chardonnay, Favorita and Cabernet Sauvignon. Under the leadership of the company, which maintains an artisanal family character, Valerio and his father Franco.

Valerio is an oenologist and, in addition to taking care of the vineyards from an agronomic point of view, he follows step by step the selection of the grapes and the vinification carried out in the family farmhouse, a few steps from the rows; Franco, an expert winemaker, takes care of the processing of the vine.
