Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The vines grow above 500 metres above sea level and give the wine freshness and good acidity The very low residual sugar enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.
Area of origin: Alta Langa at an altitude of about 500 metres
Grape variety: 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay
Vinification and ageing: Soft pressing of the whole grapes and static decantation of the must obtained. Fermentation at a temperature of 16/17° C. in temperature-controlled steel tanks and subsequent periodic racking to separate the deposit. In late spring, the wine is bottled where it is allowed to become sparkling, and remains there to refine on its lees for about 48 months.
Perlage: Fine and persistent
Aroma: Hints of bread crust perfectly blended with floral notes and hints of candied fruit
Taste: Creamy, persistent, harmonious with the right acidity that gives it freshness and pleasantness
