A classic bourbon must be made from a grain blend of at least 51% maize; Wilcox contains 60% maize and therefore offers greater roundness. After the distillation process, Wilcox is aged for a minimum of 3 years in new, charred oak barrels, which give it colour and smoky notes.
NOSE: Aromas of smoke, vanilla and oak
PALATE: Sweet corn, toffee, caramel and vanilla. Subtly spicy finish
