Grappa di Moscato - Sibona

Grappa obtained from the pomace of the typical and famous Moscato d'Asti of the historic areas (Albese and Astigiano). The bunch of grapes is destemmed and the fresh pomace sent to the distillery to proceed with the accelerated fermentation to capture the maximum of the aromas and flavors. A slight refinement in small barrels follows. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS COLOUR: Pale straw yellow. BOUQUET: Engaging, intense and typical of freshly harvested Moscato grapes. TASTE: Soft, deep, with an unmistakable richness of fruity aromas. Delicately sweet and persistent aftertaste.
