Grappa obtained from the pomace of the Nebbiolo vine of the Roero area.
The already fermented pomace, which arrives fresh in the distillery, is distilled on the same day, then kept in steel tanks for a few months and finally aged in steel tanks to get the most out of the aromas and flavors.
