It is made from a natural infusion of organic Sicilian marjoram and a separate infusion of Sicilian bitter orange peel, which is then combined. Marjoram is an aromatic plant that symbolises happiness, serenity and good fortune. Its round, delicate and captivating notes are perceived at first sip and envelop the palate with soft, balsamic notes together with the delicate citrus scent of Sicilian orange peel.
A natural infusion of Nepitella wild mint, Syracuse IGP lemon peel, alcohol, Sicilian herbs and Etna spring water.
All infused separately at different times and then blended together.
A precious digestive to be drunk cold or at room temperature with ice. The nepitella, wild mint that we grow above 600 metres in altitude at Testa dell'Acqua, Noto, gives the first sip all its balsamicity, followed at the back of the palate by the bitterness of the Limone di Siracusa IGP.
