Crémant De Bourgogne - Jean-François Coquard

Born in Beaujolais, Jean-François Coquard represents the 13th generation of winemakers. After the master's degree in Oenology at the prestigious University of Bourgogne and after a long internship at the Hospices de Beaune he moved to Italy in the Oltrepò Pavese in the Mazzolino Estate. Through his Burgundian sensibility, in the 15 years in which he managed all the oenological part, he gave birth to fine and elegant wines exalting to the maximum the "terroir" of this Lombard area. In 2014 he realized his dream of having his own company and returned to Chessy, in the south of the Beaujolais, giving life to JFC Vins where since the first harvest his wines stand out for their finesse and elegance, placing them among the rising stars of the appellation.
