Brut Tradition is a Champagne made from a selection of the best vintages that are blended or not depending on the years and that bring you the best of them. Conclusion: It's very easy to drink, appealing and deliciously smooth despite no dosage; a wine that never gives up!

The lively effervescence creates a carpet of fine bubbles on the surface of the wine. Beautiful golden yellow colour, clear and bright.

An initial nose of fresh citrus (lemon/lime), with delicate notes of green aniseed and a sensation of wet chalk.

Swirling the glass, the nose opens on grapefruit and sweet orange, strengthening with hints of tarragon mixed with chalk and flint sensations.

After a longer aeration (a light carafe is permissible!), notes of lemon meringue pie and clementines evolve on melon and apricot pie.

The attack is frank with nervous bubbles and a slight creaminess, lively but not overly aggressive.

Grapefruit peel and a pleasant salinity underlie orange aromas with fresh bitter tones of candied lemon, leaving a delicate astringency on the mucous membranes; one might think of a very light cask passage! Small traces of fine liquorice appear later, with raspberry/rhubarb notes returning on salivation.
