THE FARM: Located in Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Domaine Lucien Collard extends over 2 hectares of vineyards, producing just over 10,000 bottles celebrating two extraordinary terroirs: Bouzy, one of the 17 Grand Crus of Champagne famous for Pinot Noir thanks to its southern exposure and chalky soils of Cretaceous origin, and Loches-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar, renowned for the production of Pinot Noir on soil of Kimmeridgian origin. Auriane Denis, who runs the Domaine, personally tends his four plots, treating them with the same dedication as a garden. The parcelled approach and ageing in carefully selected vats and wood enhance the particularities of each micro-terroir. Champagne Lucien Collard combines tradition and sustainable practices, offering elegant wines with a distinctive character, perfect for those seeking an authentic and refined experience.
