AGE OF THE VINE: 25 years old.TASTING NOTES: Bright, light yellow color. The nose releases aromas of ripe white fruit (peach, pear) and exotic fruit (pineapple, passion fruit). On the palate it is fruity and fresh with intense citrus and toasted brioche notes. BLEND: Pinot Noir: 85% Chardonnay: 15% DOSAGE: Brut, 10 g/l MATURATION: Aged in yeast for at least 3 years
