This cuvée, made from a base of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes is asseblated to reserve wines made by the Solera method. It continues its aging for a minimum of 3 years. The result is a fresh, fruity, elegant and generous champagne.
TASTING Sight: bright yellow, fine and persistent bubbles. Nose: white flowers, peach, apricot, pear williams, citrus. Taste: nuts, honey.
PAIRINGS Extremely versatile, ideal for celebrating any occasion, a cuvée that particularly enhances fish dishes.
