The vineyard is located in the Municipality of Barbaresco, in lean soils, rich in mineral salts and densely stratified. Born from old clones and from a particular selection, fermented and aged in steel and cement.
Bright garnet red, elegant fruity and floral notes, deep, clean, the clear expression of the grape. Dense texture of tannin, fine, silky. Very persistent finish. It goes perfectly with cured meats and raw hams, white or red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
