Its color is an intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is broad, elegant and captivating, with aromas ranging from cherry to blackberry. In the mouth it is sapid, persistent and medium-bodied.
It goes perfectly with the cuisine of the Langhe and with very tasty dishes in general. Excellent with pasta first courses (agnolotti del plin and tajarin), rice and soups, red meats and medium-aged cheeses. Also perfect as an aperitif glass with cold cuts.
