Aulente Bianco 2022 - San Patrignano
A wine that surprises vintage after vintage for its attention to detail in the embroidery used to express the meeting of two noble white grape varieties: Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
Varieties: Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
Harvest: by the first half of August during the early hours of the morning
Yield: 100 q/ha
Alcoholic fermentation: short maceration and crushing followed by racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel vats at a low temperature
Maturation: in steel on the fine lees for 5 months
Organoleptic characteristics: originality once again does not fail, particular the contrast between a fruity note reminiscent of a Chardonnay harvested at its optimum maturity and a lively if not bursting acidity of Sauvignon. Varietal that returns to the palate with a beautiful body and a pleasant final note of nettle and elderflower
