Timpa is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from the Sicilian word "timpa", that is a steep climb, in fact the vineyard climbs with slopes that exceed 70%.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has strong notes of white peach and medlar on the nose, with floral notes of broom, jasmine and almond flowers on the finish. Fresh, persistent taste, marked acidity well balanced by alcohol, on the persuasive and soft finish.
