Grapes: 100% Chardonnay, grown on sandy-clay soils with eastern exposure
Vinification: short maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel (below 14 °C), followed by aging in barriques (25% new), full malolactic fermentation, and 12 months of aging in wood, then 12 months in bottle
Alcohol: approx. 15% vol. – rich and full-bodied
On the nose: aromas of toasted hazelnuts, citrus zest (lemon, orange), and hints of sweet spices
On the palate: lush and enveloping, yet balanced with great freshness and a clean, persistent finish
