Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections (or pale pink in the rosé version)
Nose: elegant, with hints of bread crust, citrus fruits, white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light toasted notes
Taste: fresh, sapid, with fine and persistent bubbles. Excellent balance between structure and vivacity

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with raw fish, shellfish, delicate starters, fresh cheeses and white truffles from Alba

Serve at 6-8 °C
