Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, the very fine perlage due to the long stay on the lees is noticeable. The intense aromas are immediately reminiscent of mint and sage grass, gradually giving way to blossoming bergamot, candied citrus fruits, licis and apricots before moving on to buttery notes of pastry and almond paste.
In the mouth, the wine is fine and appealing for its freshness, its great body making it unmistakable in tone.
