Alta Langa Brut Rosé - Brandini
The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!
Area of origin: The territory of the municipality of Castino at 650 m.a.s.l.
Vineyards:85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay
Winemaking and ageing: Destalking of the grapes followed by a very short maceration with the skins. After soft pressing, static decantation takes place. Fermentation at a temperature of 16/17° C. in temperature-controlled steel tanks followed by periodic racking to separate the deposit. In late spring the wine is bottled and left to mature on its own yeasts for around 48 months.
