Brilliant garnet color, typical of pure Nebbiolo grapes with a very elegant bouquet, in which the varietal aromas blend perfectly with very fresh balsamic notes (typical of this particular vineyard), slightly withered flowers (rose, violet) and fade into the memory of sweet and mellow spices. The tannic taste is well present but not aggressive, the acidity refreshes at the right point and the alcohol gives fullness without excesses; overall harmony, structure and rare persistence.
