Situated at the confluence of two valleys, Pernand-Vergelesses lies at the top of the Côte de Beaune. This is the 'Montagne de Corton', home to three villages and a shared passion. Pernand-Vergelesses has a white, pale yellow colour that turns golden with age. Aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) give way over time to amber, honey and spices. On the palate, the wine is mineral, harmonious and very pleasant.
Lively, light and playful, it is the ideal partner for sushi, which it will liven up by respecting its crispy but soft texture. Our Pernand-Vergelesses goes well with freshwater fish in white sauce, or with pasta and seafood risottos, which its liveliness puts into perspective.
