De-alcoholisation is achieved through a low-temperature vacuum distillation process. This innovative technique preserves the original quality and aromas of the wine. The amount of sugar and calories is also lower than in corresponding non-alcoholic wines. Some wines are made from organic grapes, although organic certification for non-de-coloured wines is not yet possible.
