VINEYARDS A range of vineyards from Barolo to Novello and to the terracing of the Bricco Bertone di Sinio vineyard. The delicate freshness of the Tortonian that blends with the depth of Helvetian. Young stocks that are destined to surprise more and more in the coming years.

CULTIVATION Vajra has always believed in sustainable agriculture and natural growth of vineyards. Irrigation is not used and the thinning is decided according to the vintage.

HARVEST AND VINIFICATION The harvest of Nebbiolo takes place in the first half of October. The harvest, as well as the transport in small crates, are carried out manually to keep the fruit intact. The strict selection process of the bunches begins in the vineyard and continues with increasing rigor in the cellar. The fermentation lasts about 15 days. Six months of aging in steel tanks (with a minimum supply of wood) followed by bottling.

TASTING NOTES Ruby, delicate, sometimes transparent. Intense and expressive notes of violet and rose fanée accompanied by the freshness of small red fruits. Silky tannins that envelop the palate with personality and lively energy.
