Colour: bright, non-loaded ruby red with pleasant orange nuances.
Descriptors: the nose immediately denotes a good balance between floral, fruity and woody scents; decidedly persistent and frank, after aeration it offers pleasant youthful sensations with notes of jam, spices and leather. On the palate, it pleasantly marks the territory, taking on the aspect of "Langhe", that set of sensations, of warmth, wildness and class that only wines from these areas are able to convey. It offers excellent guarantees of resistance to ageing.

Harvest: traditional with hand picking in small perforated baskets.
Vinification: destemming, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for about ten days using the total pumping-over technique, complete racking whenever the cap shows signs of consolidation, using a support tank and covering the cap now deposited on the bottom by flooding.
Ageing: 80% of the wine remains in 500-litre tonneaux of unroasted Hungarian oak, the remainder in old French Allier barriques, all for 36 months. After 1 year of bottle ageing, the wine is marketed.
