Pinot Bianco has always been one of the most important grape varieties in the cellar, and it reflects very well the terroir that gives rise to the Terlano grapes. Vinified in purity, the Pinot Whites with a refined taste and above all with pleasantly mineral notes are one of Terlan's flagship flowers.
Color: light straw yellow with light greenish glaze
Aroma: In the nose, this classic Pinot Bianco enhances the notes of hard pear that intersect with the aromas of gooseberry and lime, all rounded by hints of chamomile and citronella.
Taste: The classic Pinot Bianco is strong and fascinating, conquering the palate with aromas of pear and quince, with a fruity taste, but also mineral and salty. It is a wine that literally dances on the tongue, before surprising with its long persistence.
Appetizers based on fish, such as veal with tuna sauce or carpaccio of salmon and tuna, zucchini flowers filled or combined with burrata, avocado salad, or some South Tyrolean recipes such as spinach gnocchi, spinach mezzelune, or Italian dishes such as spaghetti alla carbonara, scallops au gratin, grilled prawns, sea bream or grilled red snapper.
