Aroma: The bouquet of this Sauvignon is exotic and captivating, with multiple fruity notes of mango, papaya, lime and red grapefruit, but also aromas of herbs such as citronella, lemon balm, mint and green tea. In addition, there is a hint of elderberry syrup and mineral glazes of flint.
Taste: An interesting game is perceived on the palate between the fruity aromas and the delicately mineral notes, which blend in a harmonically full flavor that becomes firm and persistent in the aftertaste.
It goes very well with dishes such as oysters, salmon tartar or crudité crustaceans, but also with risotto with green apple with grilled wild char fillet, steamed lobster, roast lamb in a herb crust with braised asparagus or cheese of seasoned goat.
