Langhe Bianco "Bricco Rovella" 2019 - Parusso
Obtained from a selection of old Sauvignon blanc strains in the vineyards located in the towns of Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba. The Langhe Bianco Rovella is a wine of great evolution.

Altimetric altitude: 300/400 m. s.l.m.
Exposure: northwest.
Harvest: grapes harvested strictly by hand with the utmost care in small perforated baskets.
Vinification: after a soft pressing, the grapes undergo cold maceration for a few days, followed by a soft pressing, after which the must is transferred to small oak barrels where it carries out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: in small oak barrels for 12-15 months in contact with its natural yeasts.
Aging: in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C
Color: bright, intense straw yellow.
Aroma: broad, fine, aromatic, of white currant.
Flavor: exotic aromas of grapefruit, bergamot, rich, well structured, with pleasant freshness and elegance. Beautiful complexity in aging.

Serving temperature: from 12 ° C to 14 ° C
Serving suggestions: it goes well with some of the typical regional appetizers such as vitello tonnato, piemontese peppers, and raw meat. Excellent with tasty fish dishes, salmon, lobster and aged cheeses.
