Arneis is the indigenous Piedmontese white grape variety originating in Roero. This reserve is intended to represent the great potential of the denomination. The wine is straw yellow in colour. Its bouquet is very complex and broad. It starts with notes of dried fruit (almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts) to flowers and fruit; on the nose there are faint hints of white and yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach. The pulp and structure of the wine is perceived in the mouth, followed by a persistent and pleasant minerality.
Excellent with fish but also goes very well with meat starters and cereal soups. Intriguing pairing with mature cheeses.
