VINIFICATION Selected, hand-picked grapes. Soft pressing, must filtration, fermentation interrupted by filtration when 5 alcoholic degrees and a delicate froth are reached.
CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow in colour with intense aromas of citrus fruits, apricot, figs and orange blossom, the taste is pleasantly sweet, aromatic, immediately leading back to the grape from which it comes, the Muscat.
