GRAPE VARIETIES: 75% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Canaiolo
SOIL COMPOSITION: Chaotic complex, silt and clay with good presence of skeleton such as Alberese and Galestro.
HARVEST: Sangiovese first week of September, Cabernet first week of October
VINIFICATION: Steel tanks. 7 days of alcoholic fermentation followed by a further 8 days of maceration with the skins before racking, at a temperature of 26°/28°C FERMENTATION
MALOLACTIC: Carried out in steel
AGEING: 24 hl oak barrels for 6-8 months
AGING: Bottle for about 3 months
