    This Rully Les Plantenays cuvée struts around in a robe of gold and light. Its nose exudes flattering aromas of white flowers and almonds. Its elegant freshness on the palate is underlined by fine notes of candied citrus and toasted hazelnut, bringing a harmonious and long finish, enhanced by a delicate minerality. It will enhance scallops or a Bresse chicken and will ideally complement a Comté matured for 24 months or, for sweeter tastes, a blueberry tart.

    Domaine MIA is one of the largest organically managed estates on the Côte Chalonnaise and includes 6 Climats distributed in areas full of surprises such as Mercurey and Rully, with singular climate and geological characteristics, which require specific approaches. They are worked with the "magnifying glass" and are the subject of continuous micro-innovations and millimeter adjustments. Vinification and maturation instead take place in the historic cellars of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The history of the Domaine began in 1860, when the Clos La Marche was born on the Côte Chalonnaise, whose heirs ensured its continuity for decades. The turning point came in 2019 with the arrival of Mia who took over the company dedicated to her from her father, who had bought the property a few years earlier. The young woman wants to write a new chapter in the company by instilling her own style, made of passion, commitment and modernity. With Domaine Mia, the earth is conjugated to the feminine, and if experience is a central value, so is the ability to imagine the future, characteristic of a youth attentive to environmental issues. Mia is the bearer of new impulses, those of her generation, and intends to follow the natural philosophy of the estate by engaging it in biodynamic agriculture. If biodynamics is the central direction undertaken by the Domaine, co-energy is the key word to describe the estate in its organization. A synergy of human talents with different ages, experiences and skills that ensure that the wines produced from the first thousandths stand out for their quality and finesse.
