It is partially fermented in French oak barrels thus adding more complex aromas (toasted, spices) and a velvety aftertaste. White wine, strong and fruity, organic, vegan. This wine is produced with very ripe grapes in order to obtain a full flavor of jam but maintaining freshness and acidity. It is a white that surprises for its complexity and balance.
