The vine located in the Vall d’Albaida region is of limestone origin. The limestone layer absorbs moisture like a sponge, leaving the upper layer to act as a barrier, thus contributing to perfect root development. Born from the blend of Verdil grape, typical of Valencia, which gives very fresh and fruity wines and Viognier grape with its aromatic bouquet of raisins, orange blossom and lime. The wine is pale straw yellow in color with golden reflections. A fresh wine with a long floral and fruity aftertaste. Excellent for aperitifs or to be enjoyed with shellfish and seafood dishes.
