La Gabacha 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are macerated briefly and only free-run must is used in fermentation. Vineyards are aged between 20 and 30 years of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, located in the municipality of Valdestillas, Valladolid, with an altitude of 750 meters, mechanized harvest and night harvest.
Straw yellow color, clean and transparent. The nose is an explosion of aromas, of great intensity, tropical aromas such as mango and pineapple accompanied by subtle hints of citrus, and vegetable aromas characteristic of the variety. In the mouth it is wide, fresh, with an intense acidity, maintaining the perfect balance with the sugar.
