Vinification: the destemmed grapes are macerated for 12/14 hours at 10/12 C °, in special containers, protected by oxygen with innovative systems also in order to reduce the contribution of antioxidants. The must ferments and refines on yeasts in steel containers for 5 months.
Bottling: 7 months after harvest.
