Helping to enhance these characteristics are the large oak barrels, kept in the evocative Osimo cooperage, in which San Lorenzo is aged.
COLOR Brilliant ruby red color with garnet hues.
BOUQUET Sweet, predominantly fruity nose with typical morello cherry notes. TASTE Rich, pulpy, savory and pleasantly harmonious mouthfeel, silky tannins. Austere in the long, intensely fruity finish.
PAIRING Particular vocation for stuffed pasta, grilled dishes, porchetta, game and braised meats, as well as rich board of aged and piquant cheeses.
