Vinification: maceration of about 5-6 days and vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Maturation: in natural caves of volcanic tufa, in carats or French oak tonneaux, for a period of at least 12 months.

Taste: in the mouth it is rich, full, with very fine tannins that give length and persistence. Fresh, pleasant, fragrant, has a beautiful structure and a full finish that is reminiscent of fresh fruit. Serving suggestions: Excellent with boiled and soups, first courses seasoned with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: serve at room temperature, around 16-18 ° C.
