The La Grande Bleue vintage embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where the generous sun and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir. This organic white wine highlights emblematic grape varieties from the south of France, which offer beautiful freshness and an aromatic palette centered on fruit.
Vinification and aging: The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately to express its own characteristics before being blended. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve all the aromatic intensity of the fruits and flowers. No barrel aging is practiced, in order to promote the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Tasting note: Its color is pale yellow with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive and develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) as well as citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). The Viognier brings a subtle exotic note to this blend. The palate is lively, refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.
