Produced in very small quantities, Terres de la Baume is a remarkable example of the potential of the Languedoc Roussillon in terms of sheer quality. This exceptional range has been created in honour of the wines produced from the finest plot on the estate named “Terre de la Baume”. These two vintages are the fruit of a stringent selection process driven by the estate’s own team, and they both express our loftiest vision of quality. 12 months of maturing in French oak barrels has underwritten the development of the complexity of these wines. The barrels used for both vintages were very carefully selected prior to final blending.
